Position Summary The Global Online Pastor is responsible for building, shepherding, and growing His Glory's digital ministry presence by developing online church engagement, Warrior Life Groups, volunteer teams, and youth-focused ministries across the United States and around the world. This leader will serve as a spiritual shepherd, community builder, and ministry developer who helps transform online viewers into active members of the His Glory community. The ideal candidate is passionate about discipleship, leadership development, evangelism, and building thriving faith-based communities through digital platforms. This position may be performed remotely and does not require relocation to Mount Pleasant, Texas. Key Responsibilities Online Church Growth - Develop and execute strategies to grow His Glory's online church community globally.
- Create pathways for viewers to become engaged members of the ministry.
- Foster meaningful spiritual connection, discipleship, and community among online attendees.
- Support prayer, outreach, and pastoral care initiatives for the online congregation.
Warrior Life Group Development - Recruit, train, launch, and oversee Warrior Life Group leaders.
- Expand Warrior Life Groups throughout the United States and internationally.
- Develop systems, resources, and training materials to support healthy group growth.
- Establish leadership pipelines to identify and develop future group leaders.
Volunteer Engagement - Build and oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention programs.
- Create opportunities for volunteers to serve within ministry, outreach, events, prayer teams, and online initiatives.
- Develop volunteer leaders who can multiply ministry efforts.
Youth Ministry Growth - Assist in developing and expanding youth-focused online communities and programs.
- Recruit and equip youth leaders and mentors.
- Create opportunities for young people to engage in discipleship, leadership, and service.
- Help establish a next-generation leadership pipeline within the ministry.
Leadership & Discipleship - Help communicate and advance the vision of His Glory.
- Develop systems that encourage spiritual growth, discipleship, and community engagement.
- Train and mentor leaders who can effectively shepherd others.
- Collaborate with ministry leadership to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Travel for ministry events, leadership gatherings, and conferences as needed.
Qualifications - Strong Christian faith and commitment to the mission of His Glory.
- Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and community building.
- Proven leadership experience in ministry, church, nonprofit, volunteer, or community leadership environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable leading and engaging people through digital platforms and technology.
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop leaders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Seminary degree not required.
- Ministry training and development will be provided through His Glory.
