Position Summary The Fundraising & Development Manager is responsible for helping grow the financial resources necessary to advance His Glory's mission of reaching souls, expanding media outreach, and advancing Kingdom initiatives around the world. This individual will lead fundraising campaigns, donor engagement efforts, sponsorship development, and stewardship programs while building meaningful relationships with supporters, ministry partners, and major donors. The ideal candidate is highly relational, mission-driven, organized, and passionate about helping people connect their giving to Kingdom impact. Key Responsibilities Fundraising Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute annual fundraising plans and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to increase donations from individuals, churches, businesses, foundations, and ministry partners.
- Support recurring giving, major gifts, capital campaigns, and special fundraising initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to communicate ministry vision and funding needs.
Donor Relations & Stewardship - Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and supporters.
- Ensure donors receive timely acknowledgments, impact updates, and appreciation communications.
- Develop donor retention and re-engagement strategies.
- Coordinate donor meetings, calls, events, and follow-up activities.
Sponsorship & Partnership Development - Assist in securing sponsorships for broadcasts, events, conferences, and ministry initiatives.
- Develop relationships with corporate and ministry partners aligned with His Glory's mission.
- Create partnership proposals and sponsorship opportunities.
Campaigns & Communications - Collaborate with marketing and media teams to create fundraising content across email, social media, television, websites, apps, and events.
- Support fundraising appeals, donor stories, testimonials, and impact reports.
- Help communicate the ministry's vision in a compelling and faith-filled manner.
Reporting & Administration - Maintain accurate donor records and fundraising activity within CRM systems.
- Track fundraising performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications - Passion for the mission and values of His Glory.
- Experience in fundraising, donor development, sales, business development, ministry advancement, or relationship management preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable engaging with donors, sponsors, and ministry partners.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating across departments.
- Nonprofit, ministry, or faith-based fundraising experience is a plus but not required.
Success Metrics - Growth in monthly and annual donation revenue.
- Increase in recurring donors and donor retention.
