Position Summary His Glory is seeking a visionary, mission-driven Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer (CMRO) to serve as a key executive leader responsible for driving audience growth, revenue generation, brand expansion, and organizational alignment across all marketing, sales, partnerships, digital platforms, and fundraising initiatives. This role combines the strategic leadership of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with the revenue accountability of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The ideal candidate must be an exceptional people leader, communicator, and operator who can articulate and execute the vision of His Glory as if it were their own. They must be capable of representing the organization with the same clarity, conviction, and strategic direction as the CEO. The CMRO will lead cross-functional teams while remaining hands-on and actively involved in execution, ensuring that every marketing, content, partnership, fundraising, sponsorship, membership, and revenue-generating initiative aligns with the mission of reaching one billion souls. Key Responsibilities Vision & Executive Leadership - Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO/CBO.
- Clearly communicate and champion the organization's vision, mission, and priorities throughout the company.
- Ensure all departments under their leadership are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Participate in executive planning, forecasting, and long-term growth strategy.
- Represent the ministry in meetings, partnerships, events, and public-facing opportunities as needed.
Revenue Growth - Own overall revenue growth across all business units.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase:
- Sponsorship revenue
- Advertising revenue
- Membership revenue
- E-commerce revenue
- Donations and fundraising initiatives
- Subscription and platform revenue
- Strategic partnerships
- Establish measurable revenue goals and hold teams accountable for performance.
Marketing & Audience Growth - Oversee all marketing, branding, audience development, and promotional efforts.
- Drive growth across:
- Websites
- Mobile applications
- OTT platforms
- Email marketing
- Social media
- Video distribution channels
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all platforms.
- Develop integrated campaigns that increase reach, engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Team Leadership & Management - Lead, mentor, and develop managers and department leaders.
- Build a culture of accountability, excellence, innovation, and mission alignment.
- Establish clear KPIs, reporting structures, and performance expectations.
- Ensure departments collaborate effectively and operate efficiently.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent.
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development - Identify and cultivate strategic relationships that expand the reach and impact of His Glory.
- Negotiate and oversee sponsorship, advertising, sales, and partnership agreements as needed.
- Develop opportunities that create both mission impact and sustainable revenue growth.
Customer, Viewer & Donor Experience - Oversee the complete audience journey from first engagement through long-term loyalty.
- Ensure consistency across digital platforms, events, communications, memberships, and donor interactions.
- Improve audience retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
Analytics & Performance - Establish data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- Monitor key growth, marketing, engagement, and revenue metrics.
- Provide regular executive reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously optimize performance across all revenue and marketing channels.
Qualifications - 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing, revenue, business development, media, broadcasting, ministry, or related industries.
- Proven track record of growing revenue and scaling organizations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, audience development, and sales.
- Experience leading multiple departments and managers simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at a high level.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
